Cake Baking in the oven sometimes prove to be very tricky and technical when the size of the cake tin is big or the tins are deep or the shape of the tin is slightly odd.
Lot of cake makers have their own ways and techniques / skill to make sure the baked cake is overall baked evenly and moist however many times it’s very tricky.
Cake Baking in the oven is just like Freezing Ice – In the oven the cake start to bake from the outside first and slowly start to move towards the center. If the size of the Baking Tin is quite big then it will take longer for the middle part to be baked and by that time the outside which was baked first will start to get dry / over baked and burnt.
How does this humidifier works?
If the base tray is filled water and the cake baking tin which if filled with batter is placed over the grill and the whole apparatus is placed in the oven then while the cake is baking the heat in the oven will evaporate the water in the base tray and keep the inside of the oven completely humidified and balance the heat baking process.
