Karen’s Coloured Cocoa Butter is an essential ingredient in every chocolate maker's store cupboard. A natural product extracted from the cocoa bean, you can use it in many ways such as for painting chocolates.

When melted, Karen’s Coloured Cocoa Butter behaves like oil. It can be used to thin chocolate, as an ingredient in confectionery and for giving marzipan figures a shiny coating. Melted cocoa butter can also be mixed with cocoa powder for cocoa butter painting techniques.

Storage instructions:

Store in a clean, dry, odorless environment at 12-20°C

Usage instructions:

1.    Cocoa butter can be used to make chocolate more fluid and is a great vegetarian alternative to gelatine when used in mousses.
2.    Cocoa butter can be melted in the microwave when cool, the cocoa butter will solidify again.
